Champion's refractory range for steel ladles is designed for longevity under extreme thermal and chemical conditions. Products include MgO-C, alumina magnesia carbon, high alumina, and fired magnesia chrome bricks, as well as precast and prefired well blocks, seating blocks, castables, and ramming masses. Champion produces a complete range of slide gate refractories, including magnesia, alumina carbon, alumina zirconia carbon, and magnesia spinel plates. Champion produces refractories and monolithics for blast furnaces and stoves, made from high purity talc, andalusite, brown corundum, and synthetic mullite. These materials ensure outstanding thermo mechanical stability and corrosion resistance under continuous high temperature operations.

For torpedo ladles, Champion supplies burnt andalusite, high alumina, ASC (alumina silicon carbide carbon), and AMC (alumina magnesia carbon) bricks, along with low cement castables for mouth areas. These products withstand severe thermal shock and slag attack during hot metal transport.
